Email Issue
Some emails on ELKH were compromised, and it’s not clear why. It might be the computers used, or your password details being the same on other sites.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
To prevent this from happening again, we have to enforce additional security measures like requiring you to verify your device (phone, computer) before signing on. This can prevent external people taking advantage of your account to spam people. It’s annoying, but it will make it significantly more safer for your account.
Your Outlook will request you to do this when you sign in on your computer. You will need to use your phone to install an app that will help verify you when logging in. You won’t have to do this everytime. DO NOT SKIP THIS.
INFECTED COMPUTER?
It’s possible the computer you use (if you use it regularly for ELKH emails) is infected. You can easily attempt to clean it by following these steps:
Download SuperAntiSpyware. It’s free, and works pretty well.
Install it anywhere in your computer. It won’t take up much space or cause any issues.
Run a full scan. If you’re not sure how, just look at the video here. It’s an older version in the video, but it’s basically the same still:
